I consent to taking a physical examination which will be required and accept that I must satisfactorily complete a test for drug use and supply proof of identity as well as the right to work in the U.S. I also consent to a criminal background check.

If hired, I will conform to the rules of the organization and will not engage in any interests or business activities, which will, in the opinion of SEKISUI KYDEX, conflict with the interests of SEKISUI KYDEX.

Employment at SEKISUI KYDEX is based on employment-at-will principles. I have the right to sever my employment relationship at any time, and SEKISUI KYDEX, likewise, retains the right to terminate me at any time, with, or without notice, and with or without cause.
