Marty Miller joins SEKISUI KYDEX with over 30 years of manufacturing experience. He will oversee production on their three campuses and lead the Supply Chain, EHS, Continuous Improvement, and Maintenance teams.
Over the course of his career, Miller has spent significant time building his expertise in manufacturing, operations, purchasing, supply chain, and continuous improvement through increasing leadership positions across multiple industries, his most recent being Chief Operating Officer for Accupac in Mainland, PA. Miller's passion for continuous improvement and collaborative partnerships will bring an increase in productivity and open management style within the Operations team.
Miller's position within SEKISUI KYDEX, as part of the strategic leadership team and as a thought leader within the manufacturing industry, will restructure how the company turns its vision into actionable results. Miller's strong background and knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, and Change Management will enable SEKISUI KYDEX to continue elevating the industries they serve.
Marty devoted his career to helping teams identify and resolve the real issues they face to make sustainable improvements that simplify tasks, eliminate wasted effort, and ultimately make the job more satisfying and more profitable for everyone.
